Kaitiratanga / Manaakitanga / Whanaungatanga

Kia ora

Today we have been continuing on creating mosaic with our school values included in it,

we have also been told to add what these values mean to us for example I have done three which names are Kaitiakitanga and Manaakitanga and Wanaungatanga,

And in my opinion I think Kaitiakitanga is showing respect towards others also including yourself It is also is a way of helping our environment by keeping it clean,

And for Manaakitanga it means to be kind towards others and it is also a way of showing generosity aswell as support to people who really needed it in their life,

Now lastly Whanaungatanga means establishing relationships with others and including them.

( And Here Are The Finished Products )

also if you would like you can view the Rangatiratanga mosaic I have done previously under this post

Cybersmart

Kia Ora

For this weeks cybersmart we had to create a drawing which had what Rangatiratanga mean to use

And you had to have a little piece of art on the side which had the word Rangatiratanga in a large noticeable font and you had to put a image of yourself under the writing.

( On the side I put my flags but you didn’t need to add it I just did it for fun )

Ponder – Week 8

Kia Ora

For this weeks ponder we had to choose whether students should be taught basic survival skills in school,

My answer was yes kids shoud be taught these skills to prepare themselves for the dangerous world that awaits them.

And now here are the reasons why I think should tech these skills in school.

Ponder

Kia ora

For this week we had a choice weather we would go without drinking water or eating food.

And like any other human we choose to drink water because without it our brain may not be able to function.

And most of the class had chosen to go without water but soon relised that water was alot more inportant.

Here are my reason’s why I believe water is more inportant       ———>
